  This beautiful painting is 8 feet high by 10 feet wide. It is located in the lobby of Blue Oasis an Advanced Therapies Center in Safety Harbor, Florida. It was painted to convey a classical elegance while maintaining the soft, inviting hues that you see.

A closer look at parts of the piece follow. The statue I introduced into the painting you might recognize as a piece of sculpture by Etienne Maurice Falconet that sits in the Louvre. It was done in 1757 and is titled 'La Baigneuse'

The bird is a Roseate Spoonbill, one of my favorite birds to paint (and yes they really are that color).
